How to create users and groups, what effect the different permission settings have, how to relate Help Desk Cases to Change Requests, and in general the capability of answering support questions from end users with varying levels of sophistication. Remedy Application Customization - How to modify Remedy Applications so that they still execute properly and can accept feature patches, releases and versions. Remedy SLA - It would be a big plus if you knew how to configure SLAs. Remedy mid-tier - How to deploy applications, form URLs, create custom web-views, etc. Installation - How to install all of the above on an NT2000/SQL Server 2000 platform. Experience with Discovery tools for Asset Management database population and synchronization. Proficiency with Crystal reports and familiarity with the standard reports provided with the applications. This is not a development position, but it requires development skills.
