Our client is looking to transform themselves from being perceived solely as a cost center to becoming a strategic member of the business. To accomplish this they must implement an ITSM Framework that is aligned to the needs of the business. The selected candidates will be part of two teams focused on implementing IT solutions that help transform our client's IT Operations into highly efficient and adaptable organization that is Service Oriented and that utilize ITSM/ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) based processes supported by the appropriate tools and organizational structure.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct ITSM/ITIL based IT Assessments and training
  • Design, develop and deploy ITSM/ITIL Based Processes
  • Architect solutions in support of the ITSM/ITIL framework
  • Participate in ongoing development of intellectual capital, methodologies and service offerings

Non-essential Job Functions:
  • Large account experience(500 IT staff or more) a definite asset
  • Vendor/Consulting experience is a definite asset

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with ability to gain quick acceptance and credibility in a customer organization
  • Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization (technical to CIO)
  • Excellent oral and written skills both technical and business writing
  • Ability to act as a facilitator for large groups of managers and senior technical people
  • Solid background in Business Management concepts (organization, mission, vision, strategies)
  • Self starter able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced highly dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) and Quality Management tools and techniques ITIL IT Service Management (Foundation, Practitioner or Service Manager)
  • Project Management Certifications such as PMI
  • Technical certifications such as MOF or MCSC Experience with one or more of the formal systems management process models such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) or MOF (Microsoft Operations Framework) ITIL IT Service Management (Foundation, Practitioner or Service Manager)

Professional Certifications/Skills Required:
  • ITIL IT Service Management (Foundation, Practitioner or Service Manager)
  • ITIL, IT Service Management, Systems Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Capacity Planning, Release Management, Configuration Management, Service Request Management, Service Level Management
  • The ideal candidate will have minimum of 10+ years of IT industry experience
