Job Description:
The Change Management and Planning lead, IT role has overall accountability for customer change pace, management and execution in the delivery and implementation of products and services for large or complex IT projects. Works in partnership with the Architecture or Development product owner to define, schedule, communicate and effectively implement technology change across the US, in line with global imperatives and direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages budget of $1M - $5M
  • Establishes and executes senior management and executive reporting
  • Develops and maintains the US change plan, in collaboration with US leadership, IT leadership, and IS Architecture team
  • Defines project and program metrics to meet the business need
  • Identifies technology change management implementation strategies, and works through District Managers to deliver effectively
  • Manages change management implementation components within defined cost/benefit parameters
  • Maintains relationships with training and change management vendors as necessary
  • Provides effective interface from the customer (MDs, consultants and infrastructure personnel) to the Architecture team to relate future technology requirements and expectations

Baseline Proficiencies standard by level, across functions:
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred, Advanced degree a plus
  • 6 - 8 years job experience in a related field
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Project management and implementation skills
  • Must be able to establish influential partnerships at assigned levels
  • Strong analytical and communications skills
  • Must be able to adapt and support functional strategies
  • Experience in project management theory and practice
  • Specific knowledge of change planning and management methods, tools, processes and measurement methods
