Our client, a leader in Service Management, Infrastructure Solutions, Enterprise Systems and Network Management has numerous openings for a an ITSM / ITIL Consultant in the DC Metro, Northern Virginia and Baltimore, MD areas.

IT Service Management and Infrastructure Solutions include, but are not limited to, Enterprise Systems and Network Management, and IT Infrastructure Library. ITSM processes include ITSM Reference Model process encompassing Business to IT Alignment, Service Design and Management, Service Development and Deployment, Service Operations and Service Delivery Assurance. Some key processes are: Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Operations, Release to production, Availability, Capacity, Security, Financial and Continuity Management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree is essential with an advanced degree highly desirable
  • ITIL Master's certification
  • Help Desk Implementation
  • ITIL Process Design Skills
  • IT Organizational Design
  • Datacenter Operations
  • CA Unicenter, Tivoli TNG and Novadigm are strongly preferred.
